The membership model means Dr. Morris will be able to continue to bill insurance to keep patient costs down while still being able to spend the amount of time you deserve while providing the extra non-reimbursible services you have come to expect. We are expecting great things with this partnership and are especially excited about the 12 hours of education a year this will provide for patients with Dr. Morris speaking on the latest medical issues.     If you pay for membership through PayPal please do not forget to fill out an Good Medicine Agreement and fax (513) 273-9944 or mail to our office to complete your registration.  If you are a new patient this will be found in the “New Patient Complete Package” group of forms.
